  20. It may work flawlessly unless you want to receive a fax, then it rarely 
  21. works at all since USR implemented a fax negotiation protocol which appears 
  22. not to be backward compatible with most fax machines.  OOPs!  It really 
  23. upsets me because the data fax seems to work very well, but I will be 
  24. returning mine since I can't receive faxes with any predictability.  By the 
  25. way, it will send faxes fine, just not receive.  If anyone has gotten 
  26. their's to receive regularly, please advise.
